Yes, we repair trains!
Repairs are $50 Per hour billed in 30 minute increments.
Additional charges for repairs include:
-Ultra sonic cleaning: $15 per clean
-Parts: Prices determined based on acquisition
-ESU Programing $20 per locomotive
We reserve the right to refuse any repair nor do we guarantee that your model will be able to be repaired. Parts are limited and may not be available.
-Repairs waiting on parts will be returned after 90 days if parts are unavailable.
Repairs will be held for 90 days after completion before they will be added to our stock.
Over the phone diagnostics are rarely possible, please bring in any models that you would like us to check out.
Due to our busy season, from Halloween to New Years repairs well take much longer. If you have a train you want ready for Christmas please bring it in before November 1st. We cannot guarantee any models will be returned before Christmas.
